- What is the payment process for your excavation services?
For new customers, we require a 40% deposit on the first day work begins on site. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work unless other terms are agreed upon before we start. Our transparent process ensures there are no financial surprises.
- Can you handle both small and large excavation projects?
Absolutely! While we focus mainly on $15K–$35K projects, we welcome smaller $5K-$15K jobs and can efficiently handle larger projects up to 25 days long. This flexibility allows us to meet a wide range of needs for residential and commercial clients.
- What do I do if I have an issue after the excavation work is completed?
We're committed to quality. If something within the scope of your agreement isn’t right, let us know. We’ll promptly address any issues to ensure you're fully satisfied with the work done.
