I have a small lot in the River Ridge campground that I recently purchased that needs some grading and landscaping work done to prepare for a garage. He spend quite a bit of his time looking walking checking the grade difference explaining everything. Mr. Glover worked with requirements involving setbacks, complex drainage and a substantial elevation buildup to create a new property contour perfect to build our house and large garage.
